Same IP keeps setting off my firewall...

For the past several days my firewall keeps warning me that this IP keeps trying to use Back Oriface to get into my computer...

What is the best way to resolve this? Report this IP to the provider? Pay someone to hack into this IP and destroy his computer? Ignore it?
