well i choose yes, but its more like i have a popup blocker enabled. I use to have the flash disabled because I dont like the talking banners, but instead i just turn my volume off on my speakers. I like the banners! except for those annoying sounds!

I should disable flash because of the sound issue with the header banners, but I just can't be bothered to modify my settings for a forum.

Its bad enough that the flash has sound, but its worse when they forget to put a stop() on the mouse out.
