TGP Commander Question

Ok, I need to make some money with galleries and since I only get mass traffic and signups when I submit to thehun (always very clean), I decided to try out this software.

But when I try to use it, after clicking "Start TGP Commander" button I got the error message "Error Configuring Data Source".

Anyone else did get this error ? I tried to install and reinstall more than 10 times. I really need it, heheh . I have Win 98 SE here. Tried to install it in my new Win ME notebook, and got the same error. PLEASE HEEEEELP !

The prog comes from Mogul. I have spoke to Mogul in the past, he's a great guy,he helps a lot everybody. I have promised him some resources for sitemogul.com but still haven't worked on it....

hey i've downloaded this app,,
It works... but there is an update exe to down from the site.. along with a new db. grab both files in unzip into the same directory that the setup created
c:\program files\tgp commander
that should work

I tried to download the updates, but here still doesn't work, same error.

This program looks good, have all I want (submit to tgps and make the recips page... the pages with thumbs I make myself) and its free. But doesn't work, grrr....

i take the message that some of my system files are out of date and that the prog will update them,it restarts but still the same...(on the setup). I'll try to catch Mogul and give us a help in the board,he's is a great guy,he offers many powerful tools for free.

Hello Gang,

I messed up on the TGP Commander site. I missed 1 important setup item.

1. You must install the mysqlODBC on your system. Below is link to it. That will solve everything for you.


FOR win95/95: http://www.mysql.com/Downloads/MyODB...0.37-win95.zip

FOR win2000: http://www.mysql.com/Downloads/MyODB...2.50.37-nt.zip

Also make sure to check out MovieCommander.com and MovieWebmasters.com
