    Pay per click question

    I have a question for anyone who can answer it. I was wondering if there are any non-adult programs that offer pay-per-click for exit traffic.
    Example, instead of having members exit and go to yahoo or who ever they are forwarded to a non adult site.
    Any useful leads would help
