Trace route Problems.

Can I get some people to trace route this IP for me. I need to locate a problem there is a router somewhere blocking it need to figure out what the common routers are so I can call them and get this fixed

In Windows drop to dos type this

start/run/ type in command /p
then type tracert 67.18.2.154 > c:\trace.txt
then goto start/run/ type this in notepad c:\trace.txt
copy/Paste all the contents of Trace.txt here please.
