I'll say this. If ever Ccbill were in trouble then this whole industry is fucked. Ccbill runs a tight ship and knows how to manage risk. If they run into problems then you can be sure third party processing is done.

There were no major adult billing issues (regarding the stopping of it) in the beginning. These issues have developed recently in the past 2 years.
