Did anyone else get this?

I have 3 hotmail accounts.

Only one of them got this message:

maybe the others dont get emails?

One of my accounts got 250MB about a month ago, the other only got 250MB a few days ago.. guess its a slow implementation

I max out my hotmail daily because of some virus messags i keep getting. I haven't gotten 250mb yet. Lame!
