Looking for a solid solution for reverse SMS billing

I'm looking for a solid solution for reverse SMS billing and content delivery. I've tried contacting a few places but as of yet have not had the response i'm after yet. I'm pretty keen to get this up and running ASAP as I'm currently loosing money on sales.

Ideally the solution would be based on a percentage of sales and would be able to deliver content aswell as bill. This does not necessarily have to support adult content but it would be nice to have that option. Obviously the more countries you can deliver/bill to would be an advantage!

you got to remember that SMS is on it's way out and IMPS is on it's way in..

IMPS is only supported by the 3G mobile operators. It's the future but SMS will probebly dominate for 2 more years.
