Have a small Flash Code Character problem

In a flash banner I have:

"FlashVars="link=http%3A%2F%2Fwww.url.com%2Findex. php%3Flink_id%3D1"

I tried changing the link URL to normal "link=http://www. and so on (unencoded)
but this doesn't work.
Now it seems I have to encode the url like shown in the example

I know that
%2F = "/"
%3D = "="
%3F = "?"

But what do I have to enter to get a "&"

Makes sense? hope so ;)
