you guys are really top-notch all around... it was great sitting down with Randall (for DRM) and Andy (for Sales) most of this afternoon

as usual, it was also great seeing the familiar faces (like Mark and Jeff) and meeting some new ones too...

you guys have a helluva place set up there and a GREAT staff... i left your offices thoroughly impressed and i'm very glad i have chosen to work with you for billing and DRM

ccbill sucks lately

many people are reporting a terrible october, especially the second half

all i can say for this love-fest thread, is that if things don't pick up, many will be leaving or looking at alternatives as there is no excuse for ratios like these lately

They would be top notch for me if it has not taken them over two weeks to get a script organised on our site so we can process via them.

If they gave the script to my programmer he could do it in an hour or two, but it seems they have to do it themselves.

Can anyone from CCbill help us?

I usually only deal with Doug, Jeff and Mark.....but the rest of the people I've met from their company seem to follow the trend too......instant support and top-level service

What's wrong with StatsRemote and CCBill? It works here after we fixed it for the last update and I talked to quite a few of our members and it seems to work for them as well.
