Ok, before I realized how full of shit you guys were, I did do a bit of digging around and found that every site indexed with google DOES have and ID assigned to it, and the one above belongs to the domain I just sold, hasfun.com.
But it's not some big secret, it's very easy to find out what the id for your site is ... and I kinda doubt that pasting that ID into the head section of my page would do any good.

On another note, if the google priority id is simply a 'tag' which you include in the the header of your webpage, how could it generate an error message?
