Heres some tips:
1) Call them, see how long it takes to speak to a real person in their SUPPORT (not sales) que.
2) Call their abuse department, see if you can speak to someone in that area. If not, cross them off your list.
3) Anyone that hits you up for photo ID is going to look after you moreso than those hosts that don't.


I may be wrong, but this based on my experience with the hundreds of servers and companies I've delt with in the past 3 years.

a vps or a virtual account.
