Man.. I've had like 5 support tickets in the last few months about stats logs not updating. It's getting rediculous.
They moved my stats to a new server, finally, and I thought that might be a good fix.
But..
No stats since about 1:00pm Sunday.
I'm sick if this happening over and over and over. Especially after having so many "completed" support tickets, live chat discussions, etc.
I'm even paying to get the raw logs, and they stopped updating a few times.
Aren't raw stats logs a basic function of the web server? (rhetorical question)Comment

What kind of person starts a thread "Webair Down?" because your bandwidth stats page doesn't work? So you don't have stats - that means the whole backbone and all its clients are dead?
Seriously - this is a multimillion dollar company that doesn't need some noob claiming their entire operation is down. This is slanderous, rude, and ignorant.
So congratulations on coming off like a big shot. But don't publicly flame a company unless there is a REAL problem.Comment

It usually results in the error message "stats are already in the process of being updated..."
paraphrasing the error message, but it's quite similar.
So, after the 5 - 15 minute suggested waiting time, no stats since last Sunday.
It seems to me that a lock file or something isn't being cleared after updates are performed. I dunno.. all I know is after numerous contacts and documented support tickets, and after it's been fixed by webair techs several times, it still keeps breaking.

Everything else is top-notch. And, when I do use live support or a phone call, they get updated almost immediately. It just kinda sucks to have to call to do something as routine as look at yesterdays or last weeks web server stats.Comment
