    calling it quits

I'm wrapped up in a mainstream venture and do not have time for this....

Alliance Net, Inc. & Kodiak Entertainment Group, Inc.
are considering offers for complete buyout. Partial purchases will not be considered at this time.

The majority of our income was through Ibill, so if you feel confident you can get the rebill database released (or if you feel confident in Ibill pulling through), this could be the right deal for you.

Ibill scrape attached 2004 YTD. We do about 4k / month in other revenue.

We have tons of original amateur content (w/ released & Ids !!)
Tens of thousands invested in licensed content as well.

    Domain list in next msg.

Why would you dump a business thats making $27k a month average. It cant be that difficult to keep running, trust me I've been doing it for 8 years and have many more domains to manage.

Khy, sorry to see you pulling out but, glad things are going well for you elsewhere. Good luck on selling. I wish I had the revenue available to buy.

Because I'm involved in another business off the web that is taking my time.

And yes, you are right. Even take away the rebill database and we're doing 6k / month new, plus other revenues would put us at close to 10k / month. Rebills will pick back up.

This is a good buy for someone... and a better buy if you can salvage the rebill database.

Btw, we are already setup with Epoch, so maybe they would import??

                        Recap.

At current state because of iBill:

Total Revenue: $10k a month. Does this include affiliate payouts?
                        Total Costs: $7k a month.

                        Net: $3k?

Would this be a stock transaction or asset sale?

3k / month of expenses is labor, so net 6K a month to you X 12 months fair value 72k stock transaction.... sounds about right. I'd probably do even better than that.
