It's not the model releases that is important.

It is the proof of age documents that is usually a photo id.

Models under 18 are ok... if they are clothed...

No model releases -- Concerns the models and the potential unauthorized use of their copyrighted content. That's between the model and the content provider.

Model under 18 -- If explicit sexuality, or implied underage sexuality is involved then:

Under 18 without sexual implications may not necessarily be a criminal offence, but it currently violates most CC regs.

yep I made a fuck up. I just know sometimes to some people it looks under age and it's not. It has happened on this board time after time..
