any tech gurus? Win2k Server & SSL

I have a Windows 2000 Server box that seems to refuse all incoming SSL traffic (port 443). Is there a way to ensure that this traffic is allowed to come in?

i didn't think of that, thanks man.

      any other ideas?

This server is at an Insurance agency, they have software that sends out requests to choicepoint.com for background/mvr reports. The traffic that comes back from these requests never makes it back, it says Socket Error "Connection reset by peer".

They cannot do business efficiently like this

Well normally the only thing that blocks port 443 is router or firewall.....that would be my first look for the culprit
