Why do people seriously think they can drive while drunk?

I almost got killed by a drunk driver last night. Stupid ass 20 year girls were driving down a wrong way and didn't give two shits or have any idea what was going on.

Fucking stupid ass Red Sox fans. We're talking about a main road in Downtown Providence, not some side street in a small town that's a one way. They were all laughing and clueless about what they just did.

To make matters worse, they kept going down the one way.

We both were stopped because we literally came inches away from a head on collision. Instead of apologizing or trying to figure out why they just did that, they fucking sped off down the one way (the wrong way).

I hate those people too, can't really understand why they are drinking and driving, it's the most stupid thing, they have no idea what can happened till the time when it happens and then they are very sorry, but in most of the cases too late.........
