i haven't eaten mcdonalds for about 3 - 4 years now

got sick from their food and vowed never to eat it again. and after seeing that chicken head found in a ladies chicken nuggets, it makes me really not want to eat mcdonalds

For the quick & dirty end of day food, I am and always will be a fan of Taco Bell "Home of the Rectal Rocket"

As a matter of fact I just downed some tacos & some burritos...I can't get enough mezzcan food...

But for going out or other type of food I'm a suckah for good seafood/steakhouse joints or mediterranean food....

going to go out alot this summer, get alot of exercise, and watch my diet

EVERYONE: Q'd me up some big thick NY striploins the other evening, with a big tin-foil packet of cut up potatos, onions, butter and spices. Did some nice fresh broccoli & cheese sauce in the microwave too. Amazing meal.

But that "beer-can" chicken I did on the Q a few weeks back was the best barbecue of the season so far. Damn that was good. Beer can chicken baby. Try it.

I love NY cut, but.... what is "tri-tip"? You mean T-bones? Doesn't matter, any steak is good in my book. The lesser quality cuts get marinaded for days at my house, the better quality cuts get lightly seasoned and Q'd to a nice medium to medium-well (a nice rosey pink in the middle).

My fav steaks are Porterhouse. Filet Mignon are nice too, esp the bacon-wrapped kind that are 3 inches thick or more. Heh heh. I'm gettin hungry here.... I wonder if I should barbecue something at 2:30 am? LOL

Wow...salmon sounds GOOD! Too bad I am too lazy to cook and I don't know how to cook either..

Tonight I ate Chef Boyardee pasta ghetto style...straight out of the can. I was too lazy to even pop it in the microwave, because then I would have to wash a dish. This way I just toss the can in the trash and hopefully don't forget to take it out.

When I break down and buy some of that chef boyardee ravioli or whatever, I dump it in a saucepan and add in extra cheese, garlic, some parsely flakes, and some hot & spicey pepper sauce. I rarely eat it "as is", I gotta play around with it first.


About the grilled salmon done on the barbecue.... I cooked a big massive slab of salmon about a month ago for me and some friends. You know, those crispy "almost-burnt" edges are absolutely to die for. Melts in your mouth it does. Shit, my stomach is gonna growl all fuggin night

I LIKE chef boyardee.. it reminds of me of when I was a kid and happy and carefree.... I am too lazy to go outside and drive, especially at night.
