Down here... they have been having issues all weekend and a good part of today.

Im sure it will be back to normal real soon.

Looks like their whole webmaster admin is down. Referrer links that run through their system and all. Teh main ccbill.com site is up, but the rest seems DOA

Ouch, Jeff is right... both bill.ccbill and refer.ccbill are also down, which means no sales. I thought it was just their webmaster stats that were affected until I checked.
