Gamma Cash has a Toolbar install program .

AFIK Money Tree still has a per impression program. I've never used it, but their cam and dialer program is very reliable, so the same should apply to their per impression program.

There is something VERY WRONG with the Gamma Cash toolbar. I used it on some DRM-protected video and the install popup doesn't come up in the license acquisition window (other toolbar programs work fine). So, I put it into a seperate popup and GammaCash is showing only about 20-25% as many "triggers" as I know for a fact there have been. I am issuing thousands of licenses for the protected content but Gamma shows only a couple hundred triggers. I know that's not right.

I may try Money Tree, though. I was thinking about it anyway but I've never heard anyone comment on their per-impression program.

Last time I looked their per impression program paid out $0.40 (that's forty cents) per 1000 impressions... and it was a console/click based impression, not a banner or frame.
