Cleaner 5 problem.... anyone can help?

So I have huge avi files of around 10gigs .. maybe 15 min of footage each...

When I try to make wmv movies in Cleaner 5.. the rendering freezes at around 4 min.. It does that for all my avi files.. Changed computer , reinstalled Cleaner.. and it always freezes...

Anyone knows whats up..?

if youre on XP think about switching to Adobe Premiere Pro 1.5, its made for windows and the rendering is way faster and easier.
Switching is the only way I know to fix it.
