PHP/MySQL Developer Needed

Digiflex, LLC, an Internet Development/Management Consulting firm in Atlanta, is looking for an experienced Web Developer for a number of in-house projects.

We are looking for a development BEAST! Someone who can create an enterprise level main stream or adult/dating web site from front-end design to back-end development ALONE. Are you the ONE?

Position Requirements:

- 3+ years of PHP experience
- 3+ years experience in relational database design & web database integration using PHP/MySQL
- CRAZY Graphic Design Skills (Photoshop & Illustrator)
- Java Script, XML, HTML and CSS
- Thorough understanding of Macromedia Dreamweaver MX
- Experience designing user-friendly interfaces for complex web applications.
- Understanding of development life cycle and use of CVS.
- Experience working in Apache server environments.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a team environment.

If anyone can do all of that, you can't afford them. I'd try to hire a programmer AND a designer...maybe a flash guy too.

I agree with all of you. We're willing to pay very well for this person, but we might have to find a great designer and a seperate developer.

You might be better off finding a young college grad with basic knowledge of all those skills. Then work/train him/her like a slave for a year or two until they become that guy. It might be a little bit of a risky investment though, because they might leave as soon as they realize they are the shit.

Good comminucation skills are non-existent with most programmers and god help you if you hire a programmer that uses Dreamweaver.

You need to rethink your requirements but good luck anyways...
