Help with XP pro

I had to reinstall my xp pro and now I keep getting them damn messenger service pop ups...I can't remember how to get rid of them.

Anybody remember how to stop the damn things?

I remember when I first installed it it did the samething, I can't remember how the hell I got rid of it.

There's some more bullshit in that list that you might want to disable. Canseriously speed up your computer. But if you disable the wrong service you can fuck things up
