ccbill datalink systems

Hey all. Looking for a premade ccbill datalink parser for their xml system. In a perfect world it would be PHP and would have a class or set of functions for cycling through the data and doing something useful with it.

Anyone have any good suggestions?

I don't think there are any premade commerically available ccbill datalink parsers but it is sure easy to do! hire a programmer yo!
