yes, they have dos attacks again....we switched within minutes to Ccbill in our cascading software also....

ofcoarse it's a good idea to signup with them. Any website can go down because of DOS attacks. They are working on preventing the problem but it still can happen to anyone. We have been with Paycom for a very long time and they have been the best overall processor by far.

We were not attacked. We were not "down". Sometimes the Intenet does not respond, telco carriers loose a link, all sorts of things. We are and have been "up".

In the future, please call us at 310 827-5880, ext 320. That is Tech Support, there is someone there 24-7 and they will tell you what is happening, if anything.
