Can anyone recommend some software for a "Forum". We would like to put a forum in our members section to get feedback from customers

The choice on which software to use will ultimately depend on the activity your members have on the forums.
Although a good starting point if you have never used one before would be http://www.phpbb.com or http://www.vbulletin.com
