Well choosing sponsors for galleries is actually one of the hardest parts, once you have the gallery design down, thats the easy part.

Second is getting listed. Where do you plan on submitting, all tgps have different rules. As for me I stick to a few free listings and I also buy listings on some.

As I said it matters where you plan on submitting man, lets say for instance thehun.net he has rules regarding recips as well as others do.

back to sponsors... the hun for instance wont accept a gallery with certain sponsors on them because they have exit or pop consoles which "annoy his surfers" well so you obviously cant use THOSe sponsors, dont ask me which ones they are as I dont know or care.

Why dont I care? Well if you make a FPA, or link the links on your gallery page to a SECOND page THAt page can have links to WHATEVER sponsor you want, as long as its not directly effecting his surfers with pop ups, after they clickthrough, the surfer is yours, but while on the gallery it is still the Huns surfer.

So choosing a sponsor depends on MANY MANY things, such as what sponsors would convert on some tgps more than others, obviously you cant list a Mature gallery on a teen tgp, so you gotta think along those lines.

I recommend these for use with ANY tgp, these sponsors will kick ass and convert on good free tgp traffic.

You have to realize tgp surfers are looking for FREE SHIT, so why are you going to try and sell them 30 a month sites?

Unless its exclusive shit, they wont pay, how many teeens does one need to see?

But certain ones convert better than some...

I basically know the deal with recip's and ideas to keep in mind to help the gallery convert the best it could.

Another quistion that pops up is......should I buy fresh content at first from the popular places or use sponsor's content?

How will buying licensed content be better/worse? why sponsor content?

Regarding fresh content, yes of course if you use your own exclusive content you will get more sign ups.

Also, sponsor content is used up, over exposure is the one truly unstoppable fact in this game. So yeah you can use your own content or use sponsor pics, but to get listed more, obviously a tgp isnt ging to list you if he/she has seen the same...

Another good thing to do is use something NOT TOO PORn related on your gallery to get sales, say ...

I have my galleries set up on domains relatively the same man.

www.smut-archive.com/galleries/

is the main thing, now you want to make sure and put an "index.html" in that folder so if anyone goes snooping you can redirect them towherever you want.

Inside that smut-archive.com/galleries/ place serperate folders for categories if you like say

smut-archive.com/teens/
smut-archive.com/gay/
smut-archive.com/mature

etc...

inside those you can name them as you like.

smut-archive.com/teens/001/
smut-archive.com/teens/002/

each one being a seperate gallery.

Now the main thing is jkeeping your galelries seperated for tgps.

When you do your recips, just simply keep sainvg index2.html, index3.html, index4.html respectively, and submit that html page to the proper tgp... am I making sense? this is how I do it anyhow.

put a full page ad in the index.htm, some smut words in different heading tags, and put a link on the bottom of each gallery page back to it such as &copy <a href="http://www.smut-archives.com">Smut</a> Archives 2002

Choose your sponsor then build your gallery around it

Thumb Size is very important.
I don't do enough galleries to figure out which is best.
some say large thumbs saves on bandwith coz they see what they get.
but i think smaller thumbs get them more excited.
So maybe someone else knows the better answer

and yes I'm pushing my site, but only becuase I think it applies here.

1. My content has very low exposure on tgp's, so it's not over-exposed. I also try to give my affiliates the type of content they are looking for.

2. Amateur web girl sites do well because the surfers get hooked on the girl and not only do they convert well but they retain better than other sites out there.

I'm a firm believer in what Nina Just said.. and i had a talk with someone who runs paysites recently about my feelings.

alot of surfers can get general porn anywhere. if i see a hot girl like Nina. I'd either pay to see more of her, or just keep reading her posts on GFY hoping she throws up some more pics

But seriously i need to take an hour or 2 a day and send at least 1 gallery out. i did pretty good last year, and lord knows i can always use extra $$.. so i may take you up on that offer Nina.

Just a few more misc. tips for ya....


First you said you're just starting but you also said you know about the recips. WELL, unless someone has really explained this to you then you don't know. There's lots of tips about recips. The most common is never to recip Hun & Worldsex together but there's lots more that are lesser known.


Another way to structure your gallery folders would be by sponsor. For example : yourdomain.com/lightspeed/lesbian/cheerset01/
You could also do it by date so you know when galleries were submitted. For example :
yourdomain.com/lightspeed/lesbian/cheerset01/062202/


Use your index page for a FPA for sure... and the best is to make niche specific FPA's for each folder. So if you have a lightspeed folder then obviously make it a page with nothing but links to all of lightspeeds sights.

Don't know if this was already mentioned, but you should keep a listing of all the galleries you have created. I didn't and could just kick myself in the ass right now because I have to go back and catalog all of them. You might not have a use for the gallery listing now, but in a few months when you have a lot of galleries you could send in some good TGP traffic and make some sales off of old galleries.

You went through the effort of building all the galleries, might as well put the bastards to maximum performance. Eh?

Instead only use odd or even numbers i.e. index001.html, index003.html, index005.html etc - you'll get a lot of surfers typing in index002.html just to see if it exists.

Just make sure your 404 redirects are set up.

one thing I like to do now is I make 15-20 pics work about 15 times. I make templates with different color combos, different text, different thumb layouts, etc etc

I then just copy these pages into the folders that contain the images. All the thumbs are the same size, all the pics are numbered the same (01.jpg-20.jpg and tn01.jpg-tn20.jpg), so instead of only getting one gallery out of the work on the thumbs, I now have 15 different galleries.

if you are a submitter, this lets you cycle thru the content and still submit unique URLs. As a TGP owner, it gives me just that many more links I know wont redirect on me.
