Could you guys close the account linking to http://www.allsitesaccess.com/main.h...words&p=clean, it's someone who is trying to steal search-engine traffic with pages like http://www.onlinexpasswords.com/word...ndex-html.html. I don't think someone like this should be paid for his actions.

Same request basically for the people at topbucks, http://www.herfirstlesbiansex.com/s2...ndex-html.html is the link he's using.

The homepage of this guy (www.onlinexpasswords.com) is a password site... don't think he should be paid in the first place for just doing that..

I don?t know about Nasty Dollar but I made the experience that many big programs won't do anything at all because of such things. I reported a couple sites and talked to a couple people from big programs and they accept it?.they don?t care at all.

You are not going to stop this thing happening.Its the price you pay for being a household word.Unless you have trademark rights and wish to proceed with civil action you are going to have to cop it sweet.Even if you proceed with legal action others will pop up.

its the yahoo server that is the trick. you alter the voice url input and inject some html into it something simple like i did.

the server changes but its usually the taiwan or india servers

I'm not going to stop cancer either, that doesn't mean I shouldn't do anything from trying to help (in the case of cancer by donations for example). Just one step in the right direction is progress as well. I know leechers will always be out there, but I will leave a very strong case whenever I can. I will not tollerate people leeching from me. I have a trademark (obviously), but this is not a big company doing this, so going after this guy is useless. But I refure to let it go by without action

Even legally, you may have trouble in moving against him.Google itself has come under numerous legal battles about selling adwords for trademarked names and continues to defend their position.There is no law that I know that can stop someone from having your name on their site.its not his fault that search engines may place his site high on their serps for the keywords containing "the Hun".
