- Will put up with my annoyance and lack of understanding (ex. is it done yet, can you change this for me quickly, oh, can you change this to, thanks) *very important! - Is very familular with database programming (the stuff that is only accessable from the server)

- Has been in business a while and is very reputable and trustworthy
