1. This sales rep Thomas fw every damn icq email whatever to Chris since Chris "doesnt talk to customers", hes too stuck up
2. he forgot to tell Chris that ccbill youve made a sale emails are html
3. Chris asks me but just to be sure behind our back calls and mails our rep at ccbill to ask if we might be lying AND asks clientsupport to change OUR ccbill admin emails (now that really got me pissed)
4. I stayed up till 2:30am to get a "sorry im 15 mins past office times so ill take care of this later"
5. then he schedules an appointment to test the final final final version ("this script will take 1 day max") like a week after it sposed to be ready AND thinks Europe is 6 hrs behind the US
6 "I can care less what time it is in "EUROPE" i'm not going to lookup your time zone..."
7. Your application was worked on for a short amount of time today, and the changes will be completed by tomorrow.", that was said like a week ago
8. Our CEO had to sign a SEVEN page contract for this 100 dollar script lol
To end this fucked up never ending story i told him to gfy and stick the money up his ass, we did not see the script, did not see any results at all.
...we'll contact Lamerhood or anyone else who can write a SIMPLE script to parse an email into a script.
My 2 cents : if you dont wanna be called shit dont EVEN think of hiring these guys
