Any camcorder and a quality capture card will do.
If you wish to go high tech you can get remote tripods for it as well.
I just would not waste money on a webcam when a camcorder will work fine. You do not even need mini dv and can get very good quality from a hi-8. So the cost can be really low, unless you plan on using the camera for double duty then mini dv is suggested.Comment
