Once Ibill gets their shit together (and they will) all of you guys should switch over and use them. Think about it. The companies they will be using are new. They will be hungry for the money. The processors presently not having a problem will eventually.

This industry is always going to have problems so I would go with the companies that just came on board. They are hungry for the money.

You want proof. First Data made a ton of money off of IBILL. Now they do not need them anynore because of the money they made.

If you do not think this can happen to your processor you better think again.

Are you trying to imply that iBill made First Data the beast it is? lol, dude check your facts. I like iBill, they handle all of my mainstream stuff, awesome people there. But FDMS has been huge since before Bender was in high school.

I am not trying to imply that at all. First Data all of a sudden becomes a "MORAL" company after IBILL makes them millions of dollars.

First Data will eventually try to get back into processing for the Porn industry. Their is no way they can make up the lost revenue and next year at this time when their numbers are down the people in charge will be pissed off because they did not meet revenue and they will look at each other and they will say "I wonder if IBILL or any other company would be willing to use us again".

Money has a funny way of changing someones morals once it is gone.

I am sure you have heard this saying "You do not realize what you have until it is gone".

You know for all the webmasters who are still unfortunate enough to have Ibill as their #1 processor i hope you are right in the mean time anyone with an ounce of sense is at least signing up with CCbill or Epoch. After all Ibill is not taking Visa until the 8th That's a lot of lost revenue !

I agree with you that people should sign up with the other companies but once IBILL gets back on track you know they will be in a very good position. The new company that they use is going to see revenue that they have never seen before and that helps you and I tremendously. The new company is not going to dump IBILL. Now the other companies better watch their asses. They might get dumped like yesterdays garbage.

Ok Sin you seem to have some intimate knowledge of Ibill and its management team. So please answer me this one question. Why if management is so good did they allow themselves to get into this huge mess, after all it wasn't as if they didn't have advanced notice. Just like Epoch they got the news many months ago. Epoch swapped so why was it so difficult for the so called largest processor on the web to swap banks in a timely fashion and avoid this fiasco. Oh and please don't put this on First Data, if Ibill really had an agreement to continue with First Data until the 14th November don't you think that would have been in writing and not a verbal agreement.

I sure as hell will not work with any company who risks 800k of transactions per day on a verbal agreement. If this is an indication of the new management style you can keep it.

I will throw a few things out their for you:

1) Maybe they did have another company in place to replace first Data but they backed out. Even if they did have a contract signed you cannot make them take your business. You can file a lawsuit but that does not help the situation now.

2) It is a fact that first data is holding their money. We both know that is bullshit. We both know that the other companies can run into the same problem if their processor decides to cut them off and hold the money. First Data will turn over every penny to IBILL and if I were IBILL I would file a lawsuit for interest. Also, if their was an oral agreement I would file a lawsuit for lost business.

3) I do not know if Ibill did have an oral agreement with First Data to extend the contract. I am sure we will find out the entire story after this BS is cleared up. When Ibill does clean up this mess they have to put out a statement telling everyone exactly what happened so people understand that it was not their fault and it can happen to anyone in this industry.

Now if they do not put out a statement explaining exactly what happened I will be dissapointed and I would look at them and say they did fuck up. I truly believe that is not the case.

I expect them to clear this up very soon and it will be business as usual.
