How to setup a proxy connection using ADSL?

Since I'm European, it's impossible to check other bids at adwords surfing google the regular way. A solution is using proxy servers. I have a LAN connection here, so setting up a proxy is not a problem, but at another location I have a pc that dials in to an adsl provider.

How should I set up a proxy connection on that computer?

    Many thanks in advance.

how to setup a proxy connection when you have ADSL internet access? (With LAN it's obvious, just fill the address in the connections tab in internet options)

Well, why should there be any difference with an ASDL-connection you mean?

yes, because the internet options tab only allows you to setup a proxy connex if you're on a LAN

Hmm.. weird. How do you connect to your asdl modem if not thru the LAN (ie rj45 or wlan)?

there are free services that might work though, cloaker.com (I think), anonymization.net etc..
Or just get yourself a box and run termincal service
