Do they help? I sleep about 4-6 hours a night which is about all I have ever slept. But I just always feel run down. I have started running again and that's not helping with my energy level. I take Centrum multivitamins, but that doesn't seem to do much for me. Usually mid to late afternoon, I have to take a nap or I will doze off sitting right here.Originally posted by Turboface

Ginko Biloba (for the brain)
GNC's Triple Ginsing (engergy)
Fish Oil W/omega-3 fatty acids (for heart and circulation)
Saw Palmetto (for prostate)
I think that I got all the bases covered there, ha ha ha. Actually, if you look around, you'll see that Fish Oil is starting to get put into the spotlight for your health, it's great for your circulatory system and the heart.
Also, with the Ginsing, look for GNC's tripple ginsing, that's great formula of 3 ginsings totalling 600mg, so you only have to take it once a day. I have troubles taking my shit more than once a day, he he he.Comment

I try to take Vitamin C and a Multi when I remember. I have just started a new Multi with Folic Acid. Its a pregnancy one, and I'm pregnant, so I wouldn't recommend it for everyday use guys.
