Anyone else having problems with Candid Hosting

My server has been down for 12 hrs now and they cant seem to get it back up.

I have had recurring problems with email forwarding as well.

Anyone else experiencing issues with them?

I can tolerate an outage for a while bur when my sites are down and I tell them that specifically then they email me to tell me we can successfully ping your server...so there must not be a problem it gets irritating

not to mention regular email issues

maybe its time to move hosting.....just wondering if anyone else was having similar experiences

Hmm... have they checked out apache yet? The server does ping back, so it might be something simple, or it might not be.

Its amazing how quick they got on this problem AND called me to tell me they were on it after I posted here...who sez GFY is all noise anymore....
