Paycom has huge problems billing non american credit cards.

I'm pretty sure you have to have a USA presence before they can process for you.

Btw, I would prefer if they would take european customers. And if they could bill in euro (they try it at the moment, but it is not the best solution)

Late last year Paycom told me you need a US company.

If you're not already using them ccbilleu.com would be a good bet.
