Best program for vid captures?

Using Snatch It now for capturing thumbs but for pictures from the clips it just does not capture a clear image. What do you suggest?

Maybe I do it a little stupid way, but I have Nero Burning Rom, It comes with a media player "Nero Showtime". I play the movie, hit "C" to capture the frame and paste it in Photoshop...

Cleaner xl is great if you have it.

If your limited in the programs you have now, just go into your player options, turn off video accelleration, and the print screen will work.

Oh yeah, then just paste into photoshop.

Trust me bulk sucks!
You will spend a great deal of time killing bad thumbs, irrelevant thumbs, etc. I checked both and I was able to get better thumbs that people will use and click in less time than batch and correct.
