I don't know about the best but media cleaner does right by me ... Adobe premier CS has a encoder installed, works fine too3D-VR live webcams

Do you even know what you are doing?
Doesnt sound like it. Enocders use codecs.
Example - If you encode into WMV using vegas , you will get the same result using WMEncoder providing the settings are identical. What are you trying to encode?Comment

though your problem looks like you dont know what a codec isSIG TOO BIG! Maximum 120x60 button and no more than 3 text lines of DEFAULT SIZE and COLOR. Unless your sig is for a GFY top banner sponsor, then you may use a 624x80 instead of a 120x60.Comment
