I have Quickbooks Pro 2000 that I never opened. Can I just get an upgrade with this version?

Been using Peachtree for years, cheap and works great, oriented more towards traditional double entry bookeeping though and might confuse a novice.

I hate Quickbooks - it's absolute torture. My tax guy hates it too..

But, I love Quicken Home and Business. It's great for a sole proprietor/consultant style business. I don't think I'd use it if I had a full corp, or had more than a couple employees.

What are the difference between Quicken Business vs. Quickbooks Pro?
