I think you will mostly find $40+ payments only for an active membership..

for trial, it's $35 tops, for adult of course

$35-$40 dollars is usually standard. However if you can provide a shit load of sign ups a day then you can expect a bump in pay. If you say please that is

Use your brain before asking for highest payouts.The lastest high payout one (ZanyCash - 45$ PPS) just disappeared.

A sponsor must have really good retention to be able to pay over 30$.Starting at 40$ a high retention must be guaranted (beside membership fees are 40$+ but that's a rip off) otherwise there'll be big losses.

To avoid losses / to have a better income and increase the poor cut there's usually lots of shaving going on.

Is the amount per signup really that important? I'd rather look at the bottom line when comparing the returns on a per hit basis rather than the highest paying per signup.
