    Talented HTML and CSS designers

    No graphic designers necessary. Recommend someone please who is a god with css and html layouts. I need a few pages and a template that is impressive, and clean.

              Yeah but I want something exceptional, not mediocre. So while it's not rocket science, I want someone who is a rocket scientist by comparison when it comes to creating an html/css masterpiece.

                  There's a guy who hangs out on Toms Newbie Booster who goes under the nick of Albion7 - he's a magician when it comes to CSS and HTML.

                                                          i recently did a site almost full CSS, forget about <tables> !!! <div> is the shit, makes the page load faster and also i made it Browser compatible, looks almost the same in netscape, explorer and mozilla.
