    Google pagerank question

I have a site listed in dmoz, and about 20 backlinks to it with pr3-pr5 mixed. Yet my site has pr0.
Why is that? When I search in Goggle for my domainname, it's found first, but the domain is pr0.

    Can someone explain?

not exactly, but almost that , there is a 2 server for PR value on google network

The toolbar is modified to check this new PR value

like i said, you redirect the toolbar query server to the newer one.

You guys are playing with yourselves.

Its no secret that googles checksum algorithym fpr pr was cracked and there are many cracked versions floating around but apart from minor variations on different data centers you wont see squat difference.

And your cracked versions wont work for too much longer as Google have changed their algorithm for the toolbar just a few days ago and are currently updating everyones toolbar.

The cracking of their checksum algorithm could be the reason why they have taken so longer to do a pr update.

Nobody was talking about the algorithm. All that was discussed was using different data centers to find the difference in pr. When your pr is changing often the different datacenters will display the new ranking. so if its different than the one you have currently chances are 100% sure that will be your new pr..
