Then submitted to as many sites as possible.
Tried Adultoutsourcing and not impressed really with them so far. My webmaster seem to just fall asleep as soon as i'm not online asking him what he's doing. I suspect these places make webmasters work for several clients. I've known tasks that would take me 10mins to do take him several hours. But then when i'm online pushing him he seems rather quicker to say the least.
Over all i find he has no interest in the tasks at hand and will only perform to a mediocre level if pushed. The fact that he may only recieve a poor share of the money paid and therefore resents working for a low wage is beyond my control. I'd rather just pay it all to the hand of a freelancer that could be trusted and is paid on performance.
Where else to try?
Good job more important than the cost really. Looking too for ppl who know how to get good ranking on SE and general promotion of new paysites, and those that can produce paysite designs that convert well.
I'd rather pay per task, than a set fee per month for all round incompetence.
