I got it the other day and have to admit - after the zombies came out I got too scared to play - especially when the lights go out ( I found myself cowering in the corner)

It's the best first person game I've ever played. I needed to change underpants about a dozen times. It freaks me out whenever I hear one of those mutant dudes running towards me without being able to see him - then at the last moment you see his shadow coming around the corner before you get filled with buckshot.

It's cool that you have to go to martianbuddy.com to get the codes for the bonus cool weapons.

Doom3 is the beginning of the future of gaming.

I don't think much to the multiplayer aspect though.
I prefer playing Medal of Honour online - much better.

Doom3 is the most overrated game in history. It's the same thing over and over until you make it to "hell"...then it returns to the same thing over and over again. I hope Half-Life 2 isn't this big of a let down.

It's a cool game imo, you just need a fuckin racehorse of a computer to run it properly.
