COM and NET nameserver changes update instantly?

Since yesterday. It isn't instant, there is a 5 minute delay

That is exactly what I thought.

I registered a domain at 5 this morning, then about 6 I noticed it was live, I thought I had fallen asleep at my desk and was dreaming a good dream.

I still hate verisign, but this earned them a cookie
