I just talked to the guy that sold me 200 videos a time ago.....because i wanted to ask for the 2257 Docs, what every serious content provider sends with the sold sets/videos.

SOBE wants to charge for this documents for the 200 Videos

Well I can see his point if he had already supplied the 2257.

I'm having to go through sets and send out 2257 documents for people who suddenly had a disc self destruct. Amazing how many discs self destructed the moment the owners went to look for the documents, not saying they wre foolish enough to throw them away.

If you bought content before this change to the law without 2257 documents or you "Lost" them, it's your fault.

So now you have to spend some money to put right your mistakes. Seems about right.

Mind you I always supplied content with 2257 documents and urged everyone to buy content with documents, so no flaming me please.

I paid for all the docs when I bought the content..

At that time I could get 200 sets for 5 dollars each and he charged me 2 dollars each set for the docs. So that makes is a 7 dollars a content set.

Still the best deal on the net !

It's not unreasonable to charge a small administration fee, even a per set fee but it should be capped at a maximum total. Don't penalise people who have made large purchases, you should be rewarding them...

I've had only one experience with the guy... Creepy Dude... prospective clients have asked me if I had anything to do with him, b/c if so they didn't want to deal... Here's my question. Why settle for a copy on disk? when I send out my content you get a HARD copy of my 13 page model release form, ID's, and video taped testimonials... WHy would someone even settle to accept content without proper documentation to begin with? Either way, SOBE is fucked in the head and 100% wrong... Ya throw a client a bone or a favor and they remember you for it... Shit anyone loses their 2257, gimme a couple of days, you got it... It's not hard... Shit goto Kinkos for Christ Sake.. I still don't see what the problem here is. So instead of paying 5 dollars a set when I bought 200 sets I paid 7 dollars and got the docs...

I am happy with this deal and have made a ton of money from the investment. SoBeGirl rocks and I love them.

Us webmasters have to understand that when we get content from a provider such as SoBeGirl you are not buying the content. You are leasing it. You never own it. The producer owns it. Look at any web license agreement. It gives you the Webmaster a right to use the content in a particular way. Therefore the docs are not intrinsic in that right.

Until the laws pass giving out the docs is an extra service. SoBe told me this when I bought the content the first time. He said you could get the docs for a small extra fee or go without them and save some money. I choose to purchase them because I know that it builds value into my purchase and only costs me a little bit.

I choose to go with SoBeGirl for my bulk buy because after contacting him I found that he was the most up front and honest provider out there. He had the largest selection and the best service. I paid with a credit card and downloaded my entire order of 200 sets.

You all are always poking fun at http://www.************ but I can see that you are all jealous of his great and continued success. I think that after the content blowouts happened almost all other content providers besides SoBeGirl who do resale content are gone and out of business.

SoBeGirl still sells new release sets for as low as 10 dollars each including the docs. While most other content providers selling re sale content (not exclusive) are gone or the ones that are still around have not updated their sites in months ? SoBeGirl continues to rock on. Any of you who buy affordable content for whatever reason should be thankful SoBeGirl is still around, still producing and still providing great affordable deals.

You are cheap to do it and that is why I am happy I have them. There are several people in this thread that say it is OK what SoBe is doing. Read the posts.

I am sorry you are not making money with your content you got from sobe because I have made my money back 20 times and more already. Check out my site.

I suggest you contact him and work it out. Make a deal. It seems that you will not be happy until you get everything for FREE. Even though you got the content at an insanely low price you are just cheap and will not be happy until all is FREE. Be reasonable and I am sure SoBe will too. He was with me.
