can i post galleries with out any 2257 stuff now?

There are tons of gallery submitters out there who have been posting galleries without 2257 links for years.

Even if they start submitting new galleries with 2257 they're fucked if the law passes, because they can't touch their existing galleries or they risk getting blacklisted.

So I don't really see how it matters. If you wanna cover your ass then just put 2257 info on your galleries .. it might help you get listed on some TGPs that have chosen to be cautious anyway.

That wasn't meant to be legal advice. I'm just saying .. I don't want to get blacklisted. Maybe if I don't put up 2257 info I won't get in trouble maybe I will. I wasn't touching on that. I just meant that if I do have to put up 2257 info I'm fucked no matter what I do.

I'll either be blacklisted for changing my galleries or I'll be in jail. You don't need a laywer to figure that one out.

I know exactly what you meant. My point is that you do not understand the current law and you clearly do not entirely grasp the proposed regulations either.

Let's pretend for a moment that the current law does not require a 2257 statement on galleries and focus on you comment about the new law........ The proposed 75.2 is a grandfather clause so your past galleries would not be affected, in most cases....Therefore, you would only be fucked if you are not following the current laws.

If any TGP ower blacklists you for adding a 2257 link to the gallery..he can go fuck himself. The worst that can happen is the script detects the change and deletes the gall.

As a TGP owner I do not see myself banning anyone for adding a 2257 statement. If a TGP bans you for this they probably aren't worth submitting too.

Hire a lawyer, do what he (or she) tells you to do. They'll be the ones defending you if you ever get arrested, not the ass clowns posting their opinions here.

I also recommend hiring a lawyer who specializes in the adult industry/first amendment issues......don't go ask the guy who did your divorce or your tax shelter.
