Just some thoughts for you for starters.
Change the page titles to something other then "New Page 1"

Secondly, the following page sits poorly on my machine with netscape 6. http://www.dailyporn.net/thehun/bob_tom.html
The images are sitting over the advert (akin to layer) Not sure why netscape 6 does this but one easy way to fix it is to give the whole table a width, say "90%" of the page to spread things out. Why waste space

The pages look ok in IE6 at 1024x768.
Do a 'onmouseover' on the text links so they just say the website they're going to rather than the full referer code.

I'd take a pic out of each side on the one you have spaced wider and use them to fill the top and bottom rows abit more. Help segregate the actual page from the freehost banners.

Center the text completely and change or alternate the colors of each line.

Hmm maybe a dark border around the gray about a #3 and tuck the thumbs against that then add a border around the thumbs to tie it all together.

Mind you now, *I* don't make our gals but he is set on 1) tie the whole thing together, 2) keep it tight and centered and 3) try to isolate it from the hosting banners without being obnoxious about it. So you see 3 distinct areas:
