Anyone Here Using IBill For Processing...

    TANGIBLES ONLY!!!

I haven't been able to process a transaction through our IBill store for more than 48 hours. If the user clicks on any of the "Buy" buttons they are taken to this page: http://cartcc.ibill.com/cart.ihtml?s...&prodcode=D002 which states

"...Transaction processing is NORMAL and all transactional data is secure, as a result of our backup servers in an out of state location..."

Well, transaction processing is quite obviously NOT NORMAL if the user is taken to this page when they attempt to buy something.

I've seen the other threads on subscription processing however I'm looking for feedback from others using iBill for tangibles. Are you having this same problem?

It would be nice if someone from iBill could give me the courtesy a straight answer to his question!

SIG TOO BIG! Maximum 120x60 button and no more than 3 text lines of DEFAULT SIZE and COLOR. Unless your sig is for a GFY top banner sponsor, you may use a 624x80 instead of a 120x60. Let me repeat... A 120 x 60 button and no more that 3 lines of DEFAULT SIZE AND COLOR text.
