Current Verotel issues

Hi folks.

Anyone experiencing any issues with Verotel's stats the past few days? We have no registered sales/rebills since the 2nd of september.

One of our sites using Verotel averages 10+ rebills on a daily basis and we've had such numbers for quite some time. However, no sales are displayed in the Verotel main (not affiliate) stats.

We've experienced this issue once before about six months ago, but then after a few days of no sales the stats suddenly updated and showed valid stats for all the numbers that were zero before. We have however, tried to sign up ourselves at the site, with two different valid credit cards. Both failed, stating invalid credit cards.

Anyone else experiencing this issue?

Btw, the stats are zero sales for all our sites using Verotel, not only the site mentioned above.

I sure hope they fix it soon!

C'mon guys, there must be someone using Verotel who can tell me whether or not their stats are zero since september 2nd.

Considering the fact that Verotel's secure payment page is online and credit cards get refused, is it possible that a VISA server (I assume Verotel's system communicate with VISA servers in some way) located in the states are down due to Frances or whatshername? Maybe Verotel defaults to the "Invalid credit card" message when a payment failes.

using Verotel Pro as primary here, but not experiencing the problems you are describing, nor are any of my cohorts who also use them... both rebills and new sales have been running normally, its been a very good weekend w/ them so far, and there was a thread where many were doing just incredible w/ them last week...

curious if your problem is persisting, give them a call as well..!

I use Verotel and its working fine
